Thomas was raised on a sheep and cattle property in Northern NSW and was home schooled on his property via distance education before heading to Sydney for secondary school and university.
Thomas has studied economics, accounting and finance at the University of Sydney, is a qualified financial planner and is derivatives accredited through the Australian Securities Exchange. He has worked in the Australian equities market for some of the world’s largest investment banks and has advised over 500 clients.
Thomas is a founding trustee on the board of a registered charity that supports the rehabilitation and ongoing treatment of a brain tumor and degenerative brain disease contracted by his longtime friend. Thomas enjoys keeping fit, reading, is an avid traveler and maintains strong links to his farming roots.

Jason Bibby is a qualified Financial Planner, SMSF expert and Accredited Derivatives Adviser through the Australian Securities Exchange. He has assisted and educated more than 2,000 clients over the last decade on wealth creation strategies. Jason is passionate about assisting his clients to achieve the best outcome for them and their families. Due to his openness and genuine interest in people Jason has developed trusted relationships and friendships with his clients. This is evidenced by the large number of clients that remained with Jason during the Global Financial Crisis.
Jason is a sought after presenter for the structuring of property purchases in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF's) both locally in Australia and abroad in the United States of America. With a skillful team behind him, Jason has become a leading authority on how to structure a SMSF to purchase properties in the USA.
Growing up on a farm in rural Victoria helped Jason to develop the financial discipline and entrepreneurial spirit required to lay the foundation for his financial planning business. Being involved in major stock market corrections and experiencing the market euphoria leading up to these crashes over the last 20 years, has provided valuable insight into the cyclical nature of today's post GFC market.
